This is my 2002 Suzuki VT800. We took it to Indiana so Laura could visit her family. I put about 3,000 miles on it this year. I still have the 1980 Suzuki GS550. I put about 1,000 miles on it this summer.

Anybody get any good rides in this summer? We've had several, found some nice places to eat, and enjoyed cruising with good friends. Last Sunday, we took off at 7:15 in the morning and got home at 9:00 in the evening. Went to the Tunnel Of Trees on 119. Only three bikes went, but we had a great time. Now we are thinking of an October color tour.

I'm here to tell you nothing can top my hog! The Woodwacker Special has 50cc of raw unbridled power! Most chain saws can only wish they had the muscle to do this little trick...OOoopsss...

Hey all, I dug this old pic out of the closet. Back in the day I used to cruise around Greece on my 450cc, single cylinder BSA!
I think Mark Papasifakis was still breast feeding then, but he's right, we've all had some close encounters and laid our bikes down either because of our own or someone elses stupidity!

I just wish the weather around here was more motorcycle friendly from October through April.

It's been a while since I laid a bike down, but it's embarrassing to say the least! Several years ago,I was kick starting one in a friend's driveway as he stood watching. The bike didn't fire up on the first or second kick. On the third try,I leaned too far to the right, and realized I was falling. The spring on the kick start hung up on my boot, and I couldn't get my foot out to stop my fall. Instinctively,I grabbed tight onto the handlebars(a bad move)and went over. I fell on my right side with my feet up,holding onto the bike,it must have looked really stupid. My buddy laughed so hard he was crying, the only thing damaged was my pride.

....By the way,any biker that claims to have never fallen or laid a bike down is probably not telling the truth........

When I retire I think I will make this my first trip. Fly over, rent a bike and go. Looks very interesting from the little bit of research I have done so far.
